A Nokia 6280 with cracked LCD.

We recommend you use a disassembly shim to remove the outer casing.

Un-clip the outer casing using the shim, or your finger.

Continue to unclip the front casing around the perimiter.

Lift away the front casing to reveal the LCD.

Lift off the front keypad circuit board, taking care to disconnect the ribbon cable underneath.

Unclip the LCD ribbon cable by lifting it gently upwards.

Remove the protective casing from around the LCD.

The LCD can now be removed by lifting it.

Follow these instructions in reverse to re-assemble.
