A Samsung D900 / D900i with a damaged LCD screen.

Remove this screw, and the one to the left using a small philips screwdriver.

Remove the rubber gromits here and to the right, then remove the screws underneath.

Unclip the front housing using your finger or a disassembly shim.

Flip the LCD and housing over to expose the flex and camera ribbon connectors.

Lift the small catch to free the flex ribbon cable and remove it by moving gently to the right.

The flex cable should now be free. Put the main part of the phone aside for now.

Un-hinge the camera ribbon cable.

Pull the ribbon to the left to dislodge from the LCD circuit board

Remove the LCD complete with keypad circuit board.

Fit your replacement LCD and follow these instructions in reverse to re-assemble.
